I met Dinesh when he was barely 14 – a bright young man. “I was to mentor him”. Dinesh showed signs of a budding artist at a very young age, so passionate and dedicated and a bright twinkle in his eyes. I considered him my buddy. He would be alongside me on the many art projects I undertook. Whether painting murals and cutouts, creating large event backdrops, sculptures, exhibits or anything small or big, I would involve him if it involved art. It never ceases to amaze me how quickly he could grasp the need of the project and his ability to adapt. I saw the potential for him then, not only to be a good artist but someone who would understand his craft and know what to do with it. Looking at his work now and what he has accomplished is truly unique and such an achievement. A testament to his hard work, passion and his stick-to-it attitude. He has come a long way – a full circle, a mentor to other young people. Cheers!

Dinesh’s sensitivity is exquisite. The taste for perfection and its artistic delicacy, the ability to capture essences in photographs, and the use of light colours and shapes are reflected in an admirable way that hooks you and removes you from your work. I am fascinated by his photographs’ harmony and wild and pure beauty. His dedication and passion make people around him feel comfortable and imbued with the power of their reflections and visions. His creative mind has no limits, and he loves to experiment. Dinesh has the heart of a child with the eyes of those who have seen and lived a lot, a great adult who observes everything, listens, captures, creates and impacts—a privilege for a friend and co-worker.
