My Vision

Artist Statement

As both an artist and mentor, my work is rooted in creativity, exploration, and education. My studio practice spans drawing, painting, ceramics, and mixed media—centered around abstract expression and a deep curiosity about human experience and our environment. This same spirit of discovery shapes how I teach and guide my students.

Through one-on-one mentorship, I help students develop strong, authentic portfolios that reflect their individuality and creative thinking. I focus on process, experimentation, and storytelling—key elements that top universities value. My goal is to not only prepare students for admissions but to help them grow into confident, forward-thinking creative professionals.

On Education

Art and design education today must prepare students for a fast-evolving creative world. My approach combines technical skill-building with critical thinking, research, and concept development. I guide students through the full portfolio journey—from early ideas to polished presentation—ensuring their work is both competitive and personally meaningful.

Over the years, my students have been accepted into top global art, architecture, and design schools, often earning significant scholarships. These results come from focused, personalized mentoring and a deep understanding of what leading institutions look for.
